To enhance the financial accounting and performance management of start-ups and running SMEs through training on various general business performance planning, management and control.

Arm managers of any enterprise who do not have an accounting or financial background with the requisite financial knowledge relating to accounting and performance management.

All managers need to; analyse financial statements, understand costs and methods to reduce them, understand key principles behind the 5Ps in marketing.

 In this regard, knowledge in operational tools like MS Excel are invaluable.

Supplement business management learning with personal financial cash flows tracking. This will ingrain a financial management culture critical to the discipline in management processes for a professional environment. The key outputs will be personal  financial statements with schedules facilitating audit trails for all accounts.

Facilitate application of learning through coaching opportunities based on gaps identified by business practitioners and on an individual capacity for cash flows tracking.

The syllabus modules cover the following (each costed separately based on specific needs for separate bookings). They will be presented separately with the scheduled dates as bookings are made  and announced here, on and our Facebook page and  group (dreambizventures).

Each module will be provided in, approximately, two hour sessions to cover the maximum hours allotted based on the schedule below, initially on google meet (online).

Ongoing for private sessions (see detailing below).  Open trainings will scheduled after the minimum  requisite number of trainees (three) on the timings detailed, based on the first booking timings.

**Any group of three with an agreed module training time will facilitate the initiation of the training for that module.

Private trainings are provided outside the designated hours (read details below). 

Each initiated module to continue to full coverage in the schedule agreed with the training group, preferably continually at the same time(s) as at the initiation. 

Bookings are preferably made via email to Info@benkenya.com on your module of interest. Payments to Paybill 303030 (Absa Bank) Acct: 2035892489. 60% of the module fees need be made for bookings with the balance due before the second session (100% is due for two hour modules).

Booked dates will be scheduled for a module after a minimum three participants register, with the same negotiated module coverage times.

Where a trainee is  unable to start a module or continue after starting, or the trainer is unable to initiate the same, for unforeseen circumstances, the trainee may await the start of another session or nominate a replacement trainee. In both cases, a reconfirmation of the preferred scheduled time is required.

Where the trainer postpones a scheduled session on more than two  occasions, the trainer may facilitate a private session at no extra cost to the trainee, or make a full refund for payment received, net of the pro-rated charges for prior sessions attended by the trainee.   

Cancellations before any session-100% of payments for requests  received not less than 48 hours before the first confirmed  session.  This will also apply (on request),  when a module training is not initiated within two weeks of booking (open booking) and/or postponed twice after a confirmed booking date.

Cancellations after the first session- 25% of module fees for modules with more than two hours  scheduling.

 

No refunds for two hour modules-Trainee may attend other sessions and/or be engaged privately to streamline the learning.

Any qualifying refunds will be made within two working days.

Weekdays: 6.30 A.M. to 8.30 A.M.,

5.30 P.M.  to 7.30 P.M.

Saturdays and public holidays: 

8.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M 

10.30 A.M to 12.30 P.M

Sundays:  5.30 P.M. to 7.30 P.M.

Private sessions are available on flexible schedule outside this hours. We need a minimum of fees equivalent to three trainees for a module to schedule the same (100% refunds policy applies where a module becomes infeasible within 28 days). Class limits apply to twenty (20) trainees so booking early is to one’s advantage.

The applicable charges are equivalent to 150% of the minimum charge of three attendees (multiply individual rate by three plus 50%) to cover 1-3 attendees. Each additional  participant to pay 150% of the individual rate (the average rate for the three).

 

A full module will be fully covered in the sessions, with the final session(s) online, as needed, if the designated hours exceed six hours (see the modules table. Transport charges apply for physical meetings, if preferred, and will be advised on inquiry.

Other Offerings

Kamau, Njeri and Mutiso may choose the “old school” name selection process and opt for “Kanjemu Holdings.” Name many need to change to Kanje Holdings when  Mutiso leaves and finally to  “Ka Holdings”  if Njeri leaves!! 

What About Wazimu Investments, owned by Wanyoike, Zipporah and Mungai!!

Apart from personal egos, the business names have no strategic posturing and may be hard to remember, or possibly have negative connotations. Don’t ignore this key aspect of branding.
